Terms & Conditions

These terms govern services supplied by ​ ("we", "us") to the booking client ("you") for MS Events quiz events.

A booking is confirmed when (a) we issue a written quote, (b) you accept it in writing, and (c) we receive the deposit (typically 25%, balance due 7 days before the event).

• 14+ days before event - 50% refund of deposit.
• 7–13 days - full credit toward a future event within 12 months.
• Less than 7 days - no refund or credit.
• If we cancel for any reason within our control, we'll refund all sums paid.

You're responsible for the venue, AV (we'll provide a kit list), and ensuring guests can connect to our local quiz network. Public liability insurance is held to £5m.

We reserve the right to halt the event if guest behaviour creates a safety risk to staff, players or property. Reasonable hosting decisions made on the night are final.

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated. Travel beyond Greater London may incur expenses, agreed in writing.

Quiz content, formats and rounds remain our IP. You may not record, reproduce or republish them without permission.

Our total liability is limited to fees actually paid for the event in question. We're not liable for indirect loss.

Laws of England and Wales. Any disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
